Privacy Policy

The short version: mapped days has no accounts and no servers that store your content. Your photos, routes and memories stay on your iPhone. We don't sell data, show ads, or track you across apps and websites.
What stays on your device
When you make a memory, mapped days reads the photos you choose, along with the time and location saved in them. From that it creates thumbnails, places, a route and your edits. All of this is stored only inside the app on your iPhone. We never upload your photos and don't use a remote AI service to analyse them.
If you delete the app, everything it stored is deleted with it. If your iPhone backups include app data, your memories may be part of those backups, which are handled by Apple under your own settings.
When the app uses the network
A few features need to request things from other services. None of these requests contain your photos, memory titles, notes or a complete route.
- Map tiles (OpenFreeMap). To draw maps, the app requests the map tiles for the area being shown. Like any web request, this reveals the area being viewed and normal connection details such as your IP address to the tile provider.
- Elevation tiles (Amazon Web Services open data). Some styles request terrain tiles for the area being shown to draw relief and contour lines.
- Apple Maps. When the main map renderer is unavailable, the app may ask Apple Maps for a standard map of the area. It may also send a small number of representative coordinates to Apple to suggest place names.
- App Store purchases. Subscriptions and purchases are handled entirely by Apple. We receive no payment details; the app only keeps whether Pro is active.
These providers process requests under their own privacy policies, including OpenFreeMap and Apple.
Because a provider may keep logs of which map area was requested, our App Store privacy label lists this as coarse location: used only to draw the map, not linked to your identity, and not used for tracking.
What we don't collect
We don't operate analytics or advertising SDKs in the app, don't create user profiles, and don't track you. This website uses no cookies.
Sharing
Nothing leaves mapped days unless you export or share it yourself. When you do, the image or video goes wherever you choose to send it.
Children
mapped days isn't directed at children under 13 and doesn't knowingly collect personal information from anyone.

留在设备上的内容
制作回忆时，mapped days 会读取你选择的照片，以及照片里保存的时间和位置，据此生成缩略图、地点、路线和你的编辑内容。这些都只保存在你 iPhone 上的 App 内。我们不会上传你的照片，也不使用远程 AI 服务分析照片。
删除 App 时，它保存的内容会一并删除。如果你的 iPhone 备份包含 App 数据，回忆可能随备份保存，备份由 Apple 按你的设置处理。
App 何时联网
少数功能需要向其他服务请求数据。这些请求都不包含你的照片、回忆标题、备注或完整路线。
- 地图瓦片（OpenFreeMap）。绘制地图时，App 会请求当前显示区域的地图瓦片。和任何网络请求一样，瓦片服务商会看到正在查看的区域，以及 IP 地址等常规连接信息。
- 高程瓦片（Amazon Web Services 开放数据）。部分风格会请求显示区域的地形瓦片，用来绘制地形和等高线。
- Apple 地图。主地图渲染不可用时，App 可能向 Apple 地图请求该区域的标准地图；也可能把少量代表性坐标发给 Apple，用于建议地点名称。
- App Store 购买。订阅和购买完全由 Apple 处理。我们收不到任何支付信息，App 只记录 Pro 是否有效。
这些服务商按各自的隐私政策处理请求，包括 OpenFreeMap 和 Apple。
由于服务商可能在日志中保留被请求的地图区域，我们在 App Store 隐私标签中将其列为粗略位置：仅用于绘制地图，不与你的身份关联，也不用于追踪。
我们不收集什么
App 内没有统计或广告 SDK，不建立用户画像，也不追踪你。本网站不使用 Cookie。
分享
除非你自己导出或分享，任何内容都不会离开 mapped days。分享时，图片或视频会发往你选择的去处。
儿童
mapped days 不面向 13 岁以下儿童，也不会有意收集任何人的个人信息。
